When the system first boots, install the pkg(8) tools (if not already
installed) and packages listed in the $firstboot_pkgs_list rc.conf
variable. If the installed packages added new rc.d scripts, request
a reboot.
Obviously, this port is not useful after a system is already running; it is
intended to be included as part of the installation or disk image building
process.
This package provides an API for querying the distutils metadata written in
the PKG-INFO file inside a source distribution (an sdist) or a binary
distribution (e.g., created by running bdist_egg). It can also query the
EGG-INFO directory of an installed distribution, and the *.egg-info stored in
a "development checkout" (e.g, created by running setup.py develop).
Return to Castle Wolfenstein is a military- and occult-themed
first-person shooter game in a Second World War setting, originally
released in 2001. It is a sequel to Wolfenstein 3D.
This port contains the iortcw game engines for the single-player
campaign and multiplayer, based on ioquake3 and the GPL source
releases of RtCW.
Return to Castle Wolfenstein requires non-distributable game data
files, which you have to install manually (see pkg-message).
This library provides weak aliases for pthread functions not provided in libc
or otherwise available by default. Libraries like libxcb rely on pthread
stubs to use pthreads optionally, becoming thread-safe when linked to
libpthread, while avoiding any performance hit when running single-threaded.
libpthread-stubs supports this behavior even on platforms which do not supply
all the necessary pthread stubs. On platforms which already supply all the
necessary pthread stubs, this package ships only the pkg-config file
pthread-stubs.pc, to allow libraries to unconditionally express a dependency
on pthread-stubs and still obtain correct behavior.
This package generates a comprehensive information page for your current
PEAR install.
* The format for the page is similar to that for phpinfo() except using PEAR
colors.

With a few parameters, the entire package.xml is automatically updated with a
listing of all files in a package.
This is a driver for "homebrew" type serial LIRC reveivers as
described here:

It overrides the `normal' uart(4) driver, if you have that driver
already loaded or statically in your kernel (like it is in GENERIC)
then you need to load uartlirc.ko from loader.conf(5) (or manually
via the loader prompt) for the override to work. The driver provides
a /dev/lircX node for each serial port in addition to the normal
tty nodes /dev/cuauX etc, so you can still use other serial ports
normally should you have more than one.
Note: it only supports PCI/motherboard serial ports not ones connected
via USB, for USB you can use mceusb hardware supported via webcamd,
or FTDI hardware supported by comms/lirc natively via libftdi, see:

chyves is a bhyve front-end manager. chyves manages type-2 virtualized guests by
utilizing hardware virtualization on a base FreeBSD 10.3+ installation. On a
base install, only FreeBSD guests can run. However, with the installation of
sysutils/grub2-bhyve and sysutils/bhyve-firmware from ports or pkg, most other
OSes can run as a guest, including Windows. See DEPENDENCIES section in the man
page for more information.
chyves is targeted for beginners as well as power users. Beginners should find
chyves relatively easy to use with lots of documentation and demonstrations.
While power users should find utility with features such as true ZFS clones,
PCI passthrough, rapid execution against many guests, disk images, and snapshot
reverted states on boot/reboot to name a few of the advanced features.
The name 'chyves' is the pluralized, big endian alphabetic increment of bhyve.
'chyves' is pronounced like 'chives', part of the Allium genus. The onion is
also in the Allium genus.
This script uses the existing ports infrastructure to track dependencies,
and keep them up to date. It is written in /bin/sh so it has no dependencies.
Portmaster has the following features:

Synth is a custom packge repository builder for FreeBSD and DragonFly.
It is intended to replace Portmaster, portupgrade, and poudriere for
the average user. It is simple to learn (the powerful options are
limited in number) and user-friendly, but it is extremely fast due
to its parallel building capability. It will "drop-in" on any system
as it leverages the stock pkg(8) facilities. All ports are built
in a clean environment, so it is finally safe to build ports as
needed on a live system. The default profile is the system itself, not
a new jail, which can be a valuable feature for some environments.
To bring a system up-to-date only requires one command after the ports
tree is updated:
> synth upgrade-system
During the building process, a curses-based display will show the status
of all the builders and the entire bulk run process. Synth is intended
to be grasped and utilized by novice users within minutes, but offers
most of the same powerful features as Poudriere for the power users.
Synth requires no preparation; it works immediately upon installation.
