GnomeKiss is an implementation of French-KiSS for the GNOME desktop
environment, using GNOME, GTK+ and the X Window System. French KiSS is
an enhanced KiSS/GS for scriptable dolls, where KiSS is an
abbreviation for Kisekae Set System (or something).
GTetrinet is a client program for the popular Tetrinet game, a multiplayer
game that is played over the internet.

This is a set of three programs which provide a networked Mah Jong
program, together with a computer player. Thus the game can be played by
four humans, by a human and three computer players, or any other
combination. There is a server program, which handles the game. An X
client to allow humans to play naturally, and a computer player.
Spades (known in some places as 500) is a four-player, team-based
game whose object is to be the first team to score 500 points by
bidding on, and taking tricks.
NetSpades includes:
- the server program,
- a console-based client (using the SLang library),
- and an X-based client (using the GTK library).
Bovo is a Gomoku (from Japanese "five points") like game for two
players, where the opponents alternate in placing their respective
pictogram on the game board. (Also known as: Connect Five, Five
in a row, X and O, Naughts and Crosses)
This is a nice little game with color graphics and sound for your Unix system
with color X11. You need an 8-Bit color display or better. It will not work
on black&white systems, and maybe not on gray scale systems.
If you know the game "Boulderdash" (Commodore C64) or "Emerald Mine" (Amiga),
you know what "ROCKS'N'DIAMONDS" is about.
This is a Chinese Checkers game, it has 5 AI players, and can easily support
more for any hackers out there. It uses SDL and runs great in plain X11.
It has some fun effects to liven things up a bit.
Multiplayer is supported on the same computer, although a net player would
not be hard to add given the plugin player feature.
Spider is a challenging double decked solitaire game. Unlike most
soilitaire games, skill is just as important as luck.
The X11 version of spider is based on the NeWS version by Don Woods,
and uses the same save file format and card images.
wmQStat is a dockable front-end to qstat by Steve Jankowski, a popular
command-line monitor of lots of Internet game servers, i.e. Quake/W/2/3,
Hexen2/W, HL/CS/HL2, Tribes/2, RtCW, UT200x, DOOM III, FarCry, to name a
few (this list is by far not complete).
Vectoroids is a vector-based rock-shooting game similar to the
arcade classic "Asteroids". It is an SDL game based on the source for
"Agendaroids", an X-Window game written for the Agenda VR3 Linux-based PDA
written by the same author.
