Texmaker is a program, that integrates many tools needed to develop documents with LaTeX, in just one application. Features : * an editor to write your LaTeX source files * the principal LaTex tags can be inserted directly * 370 mathematical symbols can be inserted in just one click * wizards to generate code * LaTeX-related programs can be launched via the "Tools" menu * the standard Bibtex entry types can be inserted in the ".bib" file * a "structure view" of the document for easier navigation of a document * extensive LaTeX documentation * in the "Messages / Log File" frame, you can see information about processes and the logfile after a LaTeX compilation * the "Next Latex Error" and "Previous Latex Error" commands let you reach the LaTeX errors detected by Kile in the log file * by clicking on the number of a line in the log file, the cursor jumps to the corresponding line in the editor

This is a version of sed based on GNU sed. It is not a version of GNU sed, though. There are several new features (including in-place editing of files, extended regular expression syntax and a few new commands) and some bug fixes; see the NEWS file for a brief summary and the ChangeLog for more detailed descriptions of changes. The biggest note, i think is the *huge* speed difference, where regular sed might take a few mins, super-sed can take only seconds this is not true in all cases, and sometimes you have modify your regexp syntax, however for the speed increase, it might be worth it.

SLIME is a new Emacs mode for Common Lisp development. Inspired by existing systems such Emacs Lisp and ILISP, we are working to create a fresh new environment for hacking Common Lisp in. Features: * slime-mode: An Emacs minor-mode to enhance lisp-mode with: o Code evaluation, compilation, and macroexpansion. o Online documentation (describe, apropos, hyperspec). o Definition finding (aka Meta-Point aka M-.). o Symbol and package name completion. o Automatic macro indentation based on &body. o Cross-reference interface (WHO-CALLS, etc). o ... and more. * SLDB: Common Lisp debugger with an Emacs-based user interface. * REPL: The Read-Eval-Print Loop ("top-level") is written in Emacs Lisp for tighter integration with Emacs. The REPL also has builtin "shortcut" commands similar those of the McCLIM Listener. * Compilation notes: SLIME is able to take compiler messages and annotate them directly into source buffers. * Inspector: Interactive object-inspector in an Emacs buffer.

The Desktop CYBER Emulator is a project which successfully brought back to life the revolutionary design of Control Data Corporation CYBER mainframes. The software provides a reasonable emulation of a "typical" CDC CYBER 6600, 7x, 17x based system including common peripherals such as console, tape and disk drives, card reader, printer and terminal multiplexer. The emulation runs the following CDC operating systems: ChippewaOS, SMM, KRONOS 2.1, NOS 1.2, NOS 1.3, NOS 1.4, NOS 2.2 and NOS 2.8.2. It does not support NOS/VE which requires virtual mode only available in CYBER 180s.

This is a version of UAE, the Ubiquitous Amiga Emulator, with an emulation core based on WinUAE 0.8.27. It attempts to bring many of the great features of WinUAE to non-Windows platforms. You will require a valid Amiga ROM file in order for this to be useful.

This port installs some extra ZX spectrum ROM images which have been removed after version 1.0.0.1 of the Fuse emulator.

SEGA Genesis emulator Modified version of Generator by James Ponder based on version 0.35. Additional features: * Support for BZIP2, GZIP and ZIP compressed ROMs. * Support for X11's XVideo hardware acceleration by SDL for faster and smoother graphics. * Fullscreen support with or without the classic color frame. * SDL audio support (in favour of OSS Audio) which means you can use ESound and others for sharing the sound device among other applications. * Optional mute playing i.e., if you don't have a soundcard or the soundcard is busy you can still play. * Support for 48kHz sample rate (needs driver support). * Automagic CPU usage reduction which is especially cool for notebooks. * Working support for Game Genie codes.

The Open Virtual Machine Tools (open-vm-tools) are the open source implementation of VMware Tools. They are a set of guest operating system virtualization components that enhance performance and user experience of virtual machines. As virtualization technology rapidly becomes mainstream, each virtualization solution provider implements their own set of tools and utilities to supplement the guest virtual machine. However, most of the implementations are proprietary and are tied to a specific virtualization platform. This port replaces the vmware guest ports and the binary only vmware tools ports in the ports tree.
