herbstluftwm is a manual tiling window manager for X11 using Xlib and Glib.
Its main features can be described with:
- The layout is based on splitting frames into subframes which can be
split again or can be filled with windows (similar to i3 or musca)
- Tags (or workspaces, or virtual desktops) can be added/removed at
runtime. Each tag contains an own layout
- Exactly one tag is viewed on each monitor. The tags are monitor
independent (similar to xmonad)
- It is configured at runtime via IPC calls from herbstclient. So the
configuration file is just a script which is run on startup. (Similar
to wmii or musca)
Fbpanel is a lightweight, NETWM compliant X11 desktop panel. It works with
any NETWM compliant window manager (xfwm4, sawfish, openbox, metacity, etc.)
It currently provides and features:

- Show desktop button (iconify or shade all windows)

Koules is a fast action arcade-style game for X. This version
works in fine (up to 900x620) resolution with cool 256 color
graphics, multiplayer mode up to 5 players, full sound and, of
course, network support. Koules is an original idea. First
version of Koules was developed from scratch by Jan Hubicka in
July 1995.
Eterm is a color vt102 terminal emulator for X Window system.
It supports pixmap and pseudo-transparent background. It also
supports Japanese input with XIM (X Input Method) protocol.
If you want to input Japanese, use "--input-method" and
"--preedit-type" option.
xyaku is a general dictionary/search engine front-end for X.
xyaku invokes an add-in command by hitting a specified key
combination, and sends the contents of X selection buffer into
add-in's stdin, and receives the output from its stdout, then shows
the result in a pop-up window.
FidoNet(tm) transport and gateway for UN*X platform.
Delivers Fidonet mail packets over telephone lines
and TCP/IP connections; converts Fidonet net- and
echomail to RFC-822/RFC-1036 compliant mail and news
and vice versa. In cooperation with MTA and netnews
packages allows to run a FidoNet node (or point) on
a UN*X machine.

xspy is a utility for monitoring keypresses on remote X servers. It
takes advantage of an oversight in X Windows (R5 & R6) to find out
about keypresses even in "secure mode". It works by polling the
keyboard, by default every hundredth of a second.
Plack::Middleware::IEnosniff is middleware for Plack. This middleware
adds HTTP Header 'X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff' for safe. Sending
X-Content-Type-Options response header with the value nosniff will
prevent Internet Explorer from MIME-sniffing a response away from the
declared content-type.
IMWheel translates mouse wheel activity into keycodes for X11 applications,
using a configuration file that allows per-user translation preferences.
