bib2html is a script which permits to generate a set of HTML pages from a
BibTeX database.
Mguesser is a utility which guesses the corresponding charset and
language for the data piped from standard input.
This a BSD-licensed version of the well-known sort utility that has been
rewritten from scratch by Gabor Kovesdan <gabor@FreeBSD.org> and later
developed by Oleg Moskalenko <oleg.moskalenko@citrix.com>. This
implementation is meant to be a replacement of GNU sort for FreeBSD.
Currently, it seems to be quite feature-complete but performance needs
some improvements.
Emacs Muse is an authoring and publishing environment for Emacs. It
simplifies the process of writings documents and publishing them to
various output formats.
Muse consists of two main parts: an enhanced text-mode for authoring
documents and navigating within Muse projects, and a set of publishing
styles for generating different kinds of output.
NunniMCAX is a C, non validating XML parser. Its APIs and functioning
are very similar to SAX.
The aim of NunniMCAX is to be a lightweight, fast and reliable XML
parser to be used in environment with limited resources. A minimal
(only well-formed check) executable linked statically against the
library with all symbols stripped away on FreeBSD has a size below
19 KByte.
OpenSched is a project management / scheduling program. It reads a
description file that describes what must be done and who can do what
work, and it automatically assigns work to people, and schedules the
entire project.
OpenVanilla (OV) is an input method (IM)/output filter (OF) framework
designed for better end-user text processing experiences. For example,
OpenVanilla provides a comprehensive set of Traditional Chinese input
methods that are lacking or of which counterparts are functionally
deficient/unsatisfactory in Apple's Mac OS X. Many Simplified Chinese
users also find this framework useful. A Tibetan IM module is also
available.
OpenVanilla framework is a set of header files for OpenVanilla module
development.
XInclude task for Jakarta Ant. The Ant XInclude task allows Ant
build files to apply XInclude processing to XML files. It is
based on the XInclude processor developed by Elliotte Rusty
Harold. You need the xincluder.jar file for the XInclude task to
work properly. Please put this JAR in your CLASSPATH along with
the xinclude-task JAR file.
The POI project consists of APIs for manipulating various file formats based
upon Microsoft's OLE 2 Compound Document format using pure Java. In short, you
can read and write MS Excel files using Java. Soon, you'll be able to read and
write Word files using Java. POI is your Java Excel solution as well as your
Word Excel solution. However, we have a complete API for porting other OLE 2
Compound Document formats and welcome others to participate.
Apertium is an open-source machine translation platform, initially aimed
at related-language pairs but recently expanded to deal with more
divergent language pairs (such as English-Catalan). The platform
provides:
1. a language-independent machine translation engine
2. tools to manage the linguistic data necessary to build a machine
translation system for a given language pair and
3. linguistic data for a growing number of language pairs
