Xlbiff lets you preview new mail to decide if you want to read it
immediately. Regular xbiff lets you know when you have mail but not what
it is.
Xlbiff lurks in the background, monitoring your mailbox file. When
something shows up there, it invokes the scanCommand (MH's scan by
default), and displays the output in a window. If more mail comes in, it
scans again and resizes accordingly.
If you're a Berkeley mail person, you can set scanCommand to:

Converter from DVI to SVG
DVISVG creates one SVG Document, which includes content of the selected page
from the specified DVI file. DVISVG produces outlines for used glyphs/characters
in DVI file as an external SVG Font.
SVG Document produced by DVISVG uses external SVG Fonts so there is
a problem with using Adobe's SVG Viewer which doesn't currently support it.
Solution is using embeded fonts which can to be easily inserted in svg file
from the external fonts file.

embedded PS hangul fonts; if no file is given, h2ps reads from the
standard input. The format used is nice and compact: n(1 to 10) pages
on each physical page, headers with useful information (page number,
printing date), etc. This is very useful for making simple listings of
Korean text.
It is relatively compact when comparing with nh2ps, and no need to another
fonts or ghostscript. It can be printed with any PostScript printer only
with english fonts because its fonts are embedded with output.
