ems-flasher is software for flashing the EMS Gameboy USB 64 MBit cart.
libimobiledevice is a cross-platform software library that talks the
protocols to support iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad and Apple TV devices.
Unlike other projects, it does not depend on using any existing
proprietary libraries and does not require jailbreaking. It allows
other software to easily access the device's filesystem, retrieve
information about the device and its internals, backup/restore the
device, manage SpringBoard icons, manage installed applications,
retrieve addressbook/calendars/notes and bookmarks and synchronize
music and video to the device.
Flrig is a transceiver control program designed to be used either stand alone
or as an adjunct to fldigi. The supported transceivers all have some degree
of CAT. The flrig user interface changes to accommodate the degree of CAT
support available for the transceiver in use.
The flwrap executable is a small desktop application that encapsulates
a text file, an image file, or a binary file within a set of identifier
blocks. These blocks include a 16 bit checksum that is used to test
the encapsulated file for integrity.
FreeDV is a Digital Voice mode for HF radio. FreeDV allows any SSB radio
to be used for low bit rate digital voice. Speech is compressed down to
700-1600 bit/s then modulated onto a 1.25 kHz wide signal comprised of
16 QPSK carriers which is sent to the Mic input of a SSB radio. The signal
is received by an SSB radio, then demodulated and decoded by FreeDV. FreeDV
700(B) rivals SSB in it's low SNR performance. At high SNRs FreeDV 1600
sounds like FM, with no annoying analog HF radio noise.
Gammu is the name of the project as well as name of command line
utility, which you can use to control mobile phone. It is written in
C and built on top of libGammu.
Gammu command line utility provides access to wide range of phone
features, however support level differs from phone to phone and you
might want to check Gammu Phone Database for user experiences with
various phones. Generally following features are supported:
* Call listing, initiating and handling;
* SMS retrieval, backup and sending;
* MMS retrieval;
* Phonebook listing, export and import (also from standard
formats such as vCard);
* Calendar and tasks listing, export and import (also from
standard formats such as vCalendar or iCalendar);
* Retrieval of phone and network information;
* Access to phone file system (note that some phones work also
as USB storage devices and those are not accessible through
Gammu).
This program is a software package for programming the X22C12 EEPROM
in the GE Phoenix SX radios (specifically the VHF and UHF 16 channel
scanning versions). The X2212 is removed from the radio, placed
in the parallel port adaper socket and can be read/written/verified
or archived. The prom contents can be saved in a hex file format
or exported as a text file for printing. Changing frequencies and
channel guard settings is as easy as filling in the blanks.
Geodetic computer for amateur radio use.
Converts Lat / Lon to Maidenhead Grid Square and reverse
Computes range in kilometers and great circle bearing between
QTH and remote site specified by Lat/Lon or Maidenhead Grid Square
Computes range in kilometers and great circle bearing between QTH and
a site selected from a database list for all known callsign prefixes
and their geographic position. Geographic position is by major city.
G-Kermit file transfer utility
------------------------------
G-Kermit is a Unix program for uploading and downloading files with the
Kermit protocol. It is:
. Stable and low-maintenance
. Small and fast with no frills
. Released under the GNU Public License
G-Kermit is command-line only (no interactive commands or scripting) and
remote-mode only (no making connections). It has an extremely simple
user interface, and implements a large subset of the Kermit protocol in
a small amount of highly portable code.
gMFSK v0.5 - The Gnome MFSK terminal program
============================================
gMFSK is a multi-mode soundcard terminal program for HF amateur
communications. Originally the program was written for compatibility
with the IZ8BLY Stream program in MFSK16 mode. Currently the program
supports the following amateur digital communications modes: MFSK16,
MFSK8, RTTY, THROB, PSK31, PSK63, MT63 and FELDHELL.
