KPhotoAlbum is a tool for annotating, searching and viewing images
and videos. The annotation is done by telling KPhotoAlbum who is
on the images, where the images were taken and (optionally) adding
descriptions.
KPhotoAlbum is highly optimized for easy annotation of images, so
that it is possible to use it with thousands of images. When the
images have been annotated, you may browse them based on the
annotations (person, location, keywords).
Visprint makes fractal fingerprint png images based on the contents of any
file. The image will be different for almost every file with even slightly
different contents. Visprint uses the IFS fractal generation process,
pioneered by Michael Barnsley. It is a way to create images which are
self-similar to infinite depths. In other words, the picture is made up of
smaller versions of itself.

EPIC4 is a new direction in ircII development. No longer is EPIC 100%
backwards compatible with ircII, but instead those things where
compatibility is undesirable have been found and fixed. No gratuitous
incompatibilities have been added, but lots of new code has been added to
make EPIC the best ircII client available.
EPIC no longer shares any file names with ircII, so they should happily
co-exist.
gseen.mod
gseen works similar to countless seen scripts. It logs for each user
when he or she was last seen in the channel and makes this information
publically available. It takes switching nick names into consideration
and supports wildcards in search-requests.
The advantage of gseen in contrast to most other seen scripts is it's speed.
gseen can handle databases of several thousand nicks without a lag in seen
requests. It also supports several languages.

miau is a fully featured easy to use IRC-bouncer that can keep your nick
even when you disconnect.
Additionally, miau can set you away automatically when you disconnect and
auto-op (or auto-voice) people. While you're disconnected, miau can also log
everything and/or pipe private messages to an external program. And when you
connect miau again, miau can replay some of the old messages so that you know
what's going on.
POE::Component::IRC::Plugin::QueryDNS is a POE::Component::IRC plugin
that provides DNS query facilities to the channels it occupies and via
private messaging.
It uses POE::Component::Client::DNS to do non-blocking DNS queries. By
default the plugin attempts to use POE::Component::IRC's internal
PoCo-Client-DNS resolver object, but will spawn its own copy. You can
supply your own resolver object via the constructor.

POE::Component::IRC is a POE component (who'd have guessed?) which acts
as an easily controllable IRC client for your other POE components and
sessions. You create an IRC component and tell it what events your
session cares about and where to connect to, and it sends back
interesting IRC events when they happen. You make the client do things
by sending it events.
