Markaby is a templating language for Ruby, with a plugin for Rails,
which allows you to write HTML templates in pure-Ruby (a la Builder.)

Lots of Ruby libraries utilize XML parsing in some form, and everyone has their
favorite XML library. In order to best support multiple XML parsers and
libraries, multi_xml is a general-purpose swappable XML backend library.
nokogiri-diff adds the ability to calculate the differences (added or removed
nodes) between two XML/HTML documents.
