geg, a GTK+ Equation Grapher is a very simple utility for parsing and plotting
2D-Functions, eg f(x) = 3 + sin(x), and much more complicated functions.
It was written with GTK+ and provides a neat, configurable user interface.
The VuXML Query Tool, vxquery, is a simple utility for selecting
entries from a VuXML document by package name and version.
Suggested usage:

This icon theme uses Faenza and Faience icon themes by ~Tiheum and
some icons customized for MATE by Rowen Stipe.

The Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol (XMPP) is an IETF standard
that provides a complete cross protocol messaging solution. The problem
with current IM solutions is that they are all proprietary and cannot
talk to each other. XMPP seeks to get rid of those barriers.
Net::XMPP is a collection of Perl modules that provide a Perl Developer
access to the XMPP protocol. Using OOP modules we provide a clean
interface to writing anything from a full client to a simple protocol
tester.
Rambler Contacts is an instant messaging and communication suite for vast
variety of services, including, but not limited to Facebook, ICQ, Jabber,
and Google Talk. Number of popular Russian community chat services also
supported. It is originally based on Vacuum-IM, built upon Qt 4.7+, and
distributed under GPLv3.
Rambler account (free registration) is required right now, but plans are
to drop this limitation in future versions.
Sofia-SIP is an open-source SIP User-Agent library, compliant with the IETF
RFC3261 specification (see the feature table). It can be used as a building
block for SIP client software for uses such as VoIP, IM, and many other
real-time and person-to-person communication services. The primary target
platform for Sofia-SIP is GNU/Linux. Sofia-SIP is based on a SIP stack
developed at the Nokia Research Center. Sofia-SIP is licensed under the LGPL.
OpenSIPS (Open SIP Server) is a mature Open Source implementation
of a SIP server.
It includes application-level functionalities and is the core component
of any SIP-based VoIP solution. With a very flexible and customizable
routing engine, OpenSIPS unifies voice, video, IM and presence
services in a highly efficient way, thanks to its scalable (modular)
design.
It is reliable and fast, for enterprise or carrier-grade use cases.
