xml-format is an XML beautifier that indents and formats XML files for consistent line length.

XML EZ_Out is a small set of packages intended to aid the creation of XML-formatted output from within Ada programs. It basically wraps the tags and data provided to it with XML syntax and writes them to a user-supplied medium. This medium can be any sort of writable entity, such as a file, a memory buffer, or even a communications link, such as a socket. The only functionality required of the medium is that it supply a meaningful "Put" (for writing a string) and "New_Line" procedure.

XML/Ada is a full XML suite for use with Ada compilers, such as GNAT AUX. XML/Ada is a set of modules that provide a simple manipulation of XML streams. It supports the whole XML 1.1 specification and can parse any file that follows this standard, including the contents of the DTD although no validation of the documents is performed based on those. It provides support for a number of standards associated with XML such as SAX, DOM, and XML schemas. Additionally, it includes a module to manipulate unicode streams since this is required by the XML standard.

xmldiff uses xmlprpr and diff to display meaningful differences in XML files in an easy to read format. Output formats available include HTML, ANSI colour, and regular diff. The coloured modes are particularly useful for viewing small differences in context within large XML files.

YamCha is a generic, customizable, and open source text chunker oriented toward a lot of NLP tasks, such as POS tagging, Named Entity Recognition, base NP chunking, and Text Chunking. YamCha is using a state-of-the-art machine learning algorithm called Support Vector Machines (SVMs), first introduced by Vapnik in 1995.
