Convert Chinese-Big5 encoded files to PDF, using PDFlib
bg5pdf is a simple wrapper for wrapping Big5 encoding text file into
PDF file by using PDFlib. The output of this program does not contain
embedding fonts. You have to download Acrobat Acroread Asianfont pack
to view and print the output file. This wrapper does not provide any
formatting function except simple line wrapping. If you need
sophisticated formatting, you should try CJK-LaTex or other equivalent
tools.
Unicode width dirty fix for Big5 font (zh_TW.UTF-8 locale)
Unicode define some character width as ambiguous. Software determines
the width of characters accroding the context. However, sometimes it is
hard or impossible to know the context. Thus, this port dirty fixes some
console software, let them recognize all characters in Big5 encoding
range as double width. Now you will be happy with UTF8 terminal and
Big5 fonts :)

CElvis is a clone of vi/ex, the standard UNIX editor. CElvis supports

environment LESSCHARSET to 'ascii'.
Also, the help can be displayed in either Simple Chinese, Complex Chinese,
or English by setting the LESSHELP environmental variable to the correct
helpfile. Cless should be run w/in a CXterm or simular terminal emulator
supporting Chinese language encodings.
