K3b is a GUI frontend to the CD recording programs cdrdao and cdrecord. It's aim is to provide a very user friendly interface to all the tasks that come with CD and DVD recording. KDE configuration module which allows administrators to change Polkit settings.

PolicyKit is a framework for defining policy for system-wide components and for desktop pieces to configure it. Mate-policyKit is a GTK+/MATE frontend for that framework.

MATE Power Manager is a MATE session daemon that acts as a policy agent on top of HAL (the Hardware Abstraction Layer). MATE Power Manager listens for HAL events and responds with user-configurable reactions. Currently it supports laptop batteries and AC adapters. Its goal is to be architecture neutral and free of polling and other hacks.

This is a plugin that provides fine grained action level authorization for agents. Any MCollective agent plugins based on SimpleRPC can be restricted with authorization plugins like this one.
