log_analysis is a log file analysis engine that extracts relevant
data for any of the recognized log messages and produces a summary
that is much easier to read. It can be configured to recognize
entirely new log types. log_analysis natively understands about
100 different kinds of syslog messages, as well as wtmp messages.
LXInput is a small program used to configure keyboard and mouse for LXDE.
LXTask - lightweight and desktop-independent task manager derived from
xfce4-taskmanager with all dependencies on xfce removed, new features,
and some improvement of the user interface.
LXterminal is a VTE-based terminal emulator with support for multiple tabs.
It is completely desktop-independent and does not have any unnecessary
dependencies. In order to reduce memory usage and increase the performance
all instances of the terminal are sharing a single process.
The mcollective package agent lets you install, uninstall, update, purge and
query the status of packages via MCollective.
Memtest86 - A Stand-alone Memory Diagnostic
Memtest86 is thorough, stand alone memory test for x86 architecture computers.
BIOS based memory tests are a quick, cursory check and often miss many of the
failures that are detected by Memtest86.
This port provides an utility for controlling most of the LSI Logic's
MegaRAID BIOS functions.
A user-space utility for testing the memory subsystem for faults. It is
portable and should compile and work on any 32- or 64-bit Unix-like system.
(Yes, even weird, proprietary Unices, and even Mac OS X.) For hardware
developers, memtester can be told to test memory starting at a particular
physical address as of memtester version 4.1.0.
The original source was by Simon Kirby <sim@stormix.com>. The program has
been rewritten by Charles Cazabon and many additional tests were added to
help catch borderline memory. He also rewrote the original tests (which
catch mainly memory bits which are stuck permanently high or low) so that
they run approximately an order of magnitude faster.
