XPVM provides a graphical interface to the PVM console commands and
information, along with several animated views to monitor the execution
of PVM programs. These views provide information about the interactions
among tasks in a parallel PVM program, to assist in debugging and
performance tuning.
This is a new release of the popular cleanfeed usenet spam filter written
by Jeremy Nixon. I will continue releasing new versions until I get tired
or somebody else will step forward.
There is no real documentation, so if you never used cleanfeed please
download the original package from
and enjoy trying to understand what changed.
If you already have an existing cleanfeed installation please double check
your cleanfeed.local, because it may not be compatibile with this release.
cleanfeed.conf does not exist anymore, the bad_cancel_paths config option
is now read from a configuration file and most local_* functions changed
their name. Please read the CHANGES file for details about these and other
things. When in doubt, check the source code.
CrashMail II FTN mail tosser
CrashMail is back! Once upon a time, there was a Fidonet tosser for
the Amiga called CrashMail. This is the new generation of that tosser!
This generation is more basic without the fancy GUI, but does what it
is supposed to do and is above all more portable.

MobileDB converter - mdbconv converts CSV to MobileDB database.
A2ps formats each named file for printing in a postscript printer; if
no file is given, a2ps reads from the standard input. The format used
is nice and compact: normally two pages on each physical page, borders
surrounding pages, headers with useful information (page number,
printing date, file name or supplied header), line numbering, etc.
This is very useful for making archive listings of programs.
Additionally, A2ps "pretty print"s using special fonts for a wide array
of languages, making things like program listings much more legible.

MagicFilter
magicfilter is an extensible and customizable automatic printer filter.
It selects an appropriate conversion technique for the input data by
seeking for magic numbers, and then utilizing the appropriate conversion
utility.
magicfilter is primarily intended for use as the `input filter' by the
lpd print spooler. The options accepted by magicfilter are exactly the
ones passed to the input filter by lpd (unless you build it on a LPRng
system -- in that case, magicfilter accepts no options.)
A PostScript pretty-printer for C source with numerous features.
Released under the GPL by Dmitri Shtilman <dash@vision10.technion.ac.il>
and Dmitri Makarov <dimm@vnet.ibm.com>.
