A quote from the Jargon File 'bogo-sort' entry:
...The archetypical perversely awful algorithm (as opposed to
_bubble sort_, which is merely the generic bad algorithm).
_Bogo-sort_ is equivalent to repeatedly throwing a deck of cards
in the air, picking them up at random, and then testing whether
they are in order. It serves as a sort of canonical example of
awfulness. Looking at a program and seeing a dumb algorithm, one
might say "Oh, I see, this program uses _bogo-sort_." Esp.
appropriate for algorithms with factorial or super-exponential
running time in the average case and probabilistically infinite
worst-case running time. Compare _bogus_, _brute force_,

UTF-8 character set support library, including regular expressions
This software is a library which implements UTF-8 support routines,
and uses those routines and others to implement UTF-8aware regular
expresions. Language collation sequences are specified in a text
file, ${PREFIX}/share/examples/libutf/langcoll.utf, and feedback
as to their correctness is appreciated.

This is a port of lingoteach, which aims to be a language
teaching program. Until now nearly 17 languages are supported,
some with sound of native speakers. You can add your own lessons
by using an integrated editor or edit the XML-files manually.
Different types of learning are available for many words and
sentences.
Clone of Mdir, mc-style terminal file manager
LinM is a Linux clone of famous MS-DOS file manager Mdir, popular in
Korea. It inherits keyboard shortcuts and screen layout from Mdir in
order to maximize user-friendliness, and supports FTP, SFTP, and SMB
protocols.
