This Perl module implements a persistent counter class. Each counter is represented by a separate file in the file system. File locking is applied, so multiple processes might try to access the same counters at the same time without risk fo counter destruction.

This is File::Sort 1.00, for sorting files similarly to sort(1). Written primarily for MacPerl users who do not have sort(1) and because of memory limitations cannot sort files in memory, but works on all perls, and can be useful for portable sorting of large files, or for any system that doesn't have a sort(1) and is virtual-memory-deprived (including Windows).

Geo::Coder::Multimap provides an interface to the geocoding functionality of the Multimap Open API.

Geo::Coder::Multiple is a wrapper for multiple Geo::Coder::* modules. Most free geocoding datasource specify a limit to the number of queries which can be sent from an IP or made using an API key in a 24 hour period. This module balances the incoming requests across the available sources to ensure individual limits are exceeded only when the total limit is exceeded. The algorithm for load balancing takes into account the limit imposed by the source per 24 hour period.

Geo::Coder::Navteq provides an interface to the geocoding functionality of the Navteq MapTP AJAX API.

Geo::Coder::OSM provides an interface to the OpenStreet Nominatim geocoding service.

Geo::Coder::OpenCage provides an interface to the OpenCage geocoding service.

Geo::Coder::Ovi provides an interface to the geocoding service of the Ovi Maps API.

Geo::Coder::PlaceFinder provides an interface to the Yahoo PlaceFinder geocoding service.

Geo::Coder::TomTom provides an interface to the geocoding service of the TomTom route planner through the unofficial (as-yet unpublished) REST API.
