libmetalink is a Metalink library written in C language. It intends
to allow programs written in C to add Metalink functionality such
as parsing Metalink XML files.
The libpri is a C implementation of the Primary Rate ISDN specification.
It was based on the Bellcore specification SR-NWT-002343 for National
ISDN. As of May 12, 2001, it has been tested work with NI-2, Nortel DMS-100,
and Lucent 5E C ustom protocols on switches from Nortel and Lucent.
This library is designed to support supervisory tone generation and detection
for all parts of the world.
This software is a library which implements UTF-8 support routines,
and uses those routines and others to implement UTF-8aware regular
expresions. Language collation sequences are specified in a text
file, ${PREFIX}/share/examples/libutf/langcoll.utf, and feedback
as to their correctness is appreciated.

LifeLines is an advanced genealogical system. You can store any kind
and any amount of data in a LifeLines database, and you can process
and generate output based on that data in any way and in any format.
LifeLines supports GEDCOM; it imports and exports GEDCOM data.
LifeLines has a unique approach to report generation. LifeLines has
no built-in reports. Instead all reports are generated using report
programs that are written in a report programming language.
Because of its flexibility and programmability, LifeLines is frequently
used for genealogy applications on the World Wide Web.
This is a port of lingoteach, which aims to be a language
teaching program. Until now nearly 17 languages are supported,
some with sound of native speakers. You can add your own lessons
by using an integrated editor or edit the XML-files manually.
Different types of learning are available for many words and
sentences.

Logsurfer is a program for monitoring system logs in real-time,
and reporting on the occurrence of events. It is similar to the
well-known swatch program on which it is based, but offers a
number of advanced features which swatch does not support.
Logsurfer is capable of grouping related log entries
together - for instance, when a system boots it usually creates
a high number of log messages. In this case, logsurfer can be
setup to group boot-time messages together and forward them in
a single Email message to the system administrator under the
subject line "Host xxx has just booted".
Swatch just couldn't do this properly.
