HexCurse is a versatile ncurses-based hex editor written in C that provides
the user with many features. It currently supports searching, hex, and decimal
address output, jumping to specified locations in a file, and quick keyboard
shortcuts to commands.
fly is a C program that creates PNG, JPEG or GIF images on the fly from
CGI and other programs. Using GD graphics library for fast image creation,
it provides a command-file interface for creating and modifying images.
A Tcl Package to Read and Write Shapefiles
Gpsmanshp was developed for use in GPSMan, a manager of GPS receiver
data. It is written in C and is based on shapelib.

net6 is a library which eases the development of network-based applications
as it provides a TCP protocol abstraction for C++. It is portable to both
the Windows and Unix-like platforms.
Crypt::DH::GMP is a (somewhat) portable replacement to Crypt::DH,
implemented mostly in C.
Crypt::DH uses Math::BigInt, which is a very feature-full and fast
interface to perform high-precision math.
The ZeroMQ module is a wrapper of the 0MQ message passing library for Perl.
