GTK-Imonc is a GTK2-based imond-client to control an on(e) disc fli4l

Common startup and shutdown subroutines used by GNOME scripts.
iogen is a lightweight tool that generates heavily fragmented I/O. It
accomplishes this by forking a number of children that run I/O to a
filesystem.
This tool is intended to test storage stacks under stress and worst case
scenarios. However due to heavy fragmentation of the I/O files, it tends
to bypass caching algorithms in storage stacks.
Quoting IPMItool homepage:

support the Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI) version
1.5 and version 2.0 specifications. IPMI is an open standard for
monitoring, logging, recovery, inventory, and control of hardware that
is implemented independent of the main CPU, BIOS, and OS."
FreeBSD has OpenIPMI-compatible ipmi(4) driver for in-band IPMI
operations in the base system starting from 6.2 release. On older

HighLnk is a high-performance hardlinking tool, which takes the contents of the
current directory, and hard-links files with different content to the target
directory. Files with same content will also be hard-linked but in a way that
storage space is saved. This is useful if you have many files on a read-only
partition, or if you plan to put many files on a CD/DVD, but the whole tree is
just too big to fit on the media.
hilite is a tiny command-line utility which executes the command you specify,
highlighting anything printed to stderr.
It is designed mainly for use with builds, to make warnings and errors stick
out like a sore cliche.

to djb's `daemontools` or the Ruby project `god`. It's goals are to keep
a set of services running, and to facilitate the easy configuration and
restart of those services.
Set of utilities and library to manipulate an ext2, ext3 or ext4 filesystem.
