pdtpd is a server for the Peer Distributed Transfer Protocol (PDTP),
a BitTorrent-like protocol with stricter server control and support
for exporting large, changing hierarchical filesystems (i.e. more akin
to HTTP/FTP).

mol2ps is a freely available command-line utility program which reads
molecular structure files in different formats and generates
Postscript output for 2D display. The Postscript file can then be used
e.g. for creating a bitmap file, using a Postscript interpreter like
Ghostscript.
prips is a tool that can be used to print all of the IP address on a given
range. It can enhance the usability of tools that are made to work on only
one host at a time (e.g. whois).
Mahara is an open source ePortfolio system with a flexible display framework.
Mahara, meaning 'think' or 'thought' in Te Reo M.ori, is user centred
environment with a permissions framework that enables different views of an
e-portfolio to be easily managed. Mahara also features a weblog, resume builder
and social networking system, connecting users and creating online learner
communities.
tabbed is a simple Xembed container manager based on Xlib. tabbed
was originally designed for surf but also usable with many other
application, i.e. uzbl, urxvt and xterm.
It consists of a single binary, configuration is done at compile-time
by a single config.h file.
This module converts Japanese text in UTF-8 (or romaji in ascii) to
number, AND vice versa. Though this pod is in English and all examples are
in romaji to make http://search.cpan.org/ happy, this module does accept
Japanese in UTF-8. Try the code below to see it.

CAVEAT
DO NOT BE CONFUSED WITH Lingua::JA::Number by Mike Schilli. This module is
far more comprehensive. As of 0.03, it even does its to_string() upon
request.
SubNetCalc is an IPv4/IPv6 subnet address calculator. For given IPv4 or IPv6
address and netmask or prefix length, it calculates network address, broadcast
address, maximum number of hosts and host address range. The output is
colourized for better readability (e.g. network part, host part). Also, it
prints the addresses in binary format for better understandability.
Furthermore, it can identify the address type (e.g. multicast, unique local,
site local, etc.) and extract additional information from the address
(e.g. type, scope, interface ID, etc.). Finally, it can generate IPv6 unique
local prefixes.
CAIR is an image resizing library that is based on the works of Shai Avidan and
Ariel Shamir. It is a high-performance multi-threaded library written in C++.
It is intended to be multi-platform and multi-architecture.
KMouth is a program which enables persons that cannot speak to let
their computer speak, e.g. mutal people or people who have lost
their voice. It has a text input field and speaks the sentences
that you enter. It also has support for user defined phrasebooks.
Send messages to pager devices (incl. cellular phones via SMS) using a
modem gateway provided by the service company. This software is highly
configurable, a sample configuration is included for German pager and
mobile phone services (D1, D2, E+, Telmi, Telmi-Fun, Telmi-Family,
Telmi-Top, Telmi-Pro, Skyper, Quix).
