st is a minimalistic X terminal.
It consists of a single binary, configuration is done at compile-time by a
config.h file.
xcalib is a program that allows you to use ICC profiles (to load its
'vcgt'-tag) for X11 servers display calibration with XVidModeExtension
supported (like X.org or XFree86 4.x.x). It can't create the profiles
so you need to acquire them elsewhere (e.g. from some commercial
program or from your display vendor).

The Xfce Goodies Project includes additional software and artwork that are
related to the Xfce desktop, but not part of the official release.
The Xfce Project itself provides a lightweight desktop environment, which
includes only the core compoments required for a desktop environment, like a
window manager, a file manager, a session manager, a panel and a few utilities.
Additional software packages and plugins to existing software, like the panel
or the file manager, are provided by the Xfce Goodies Project.
This meta-port does not install any software itself - it simply depends on other
ports which are part of the Xfce Goodies Project, and a few additional ports
which are not officially part of Goodies, but highly recommended for an Xfce
desktop environment.
Xpra gives you persistent remote applications for X. So basically it's
screen for remote X apps.
Exo is an Xfce library targeted at application development. It contains
various custom widgets and APIs extending the functionality of GLib and
GTK+. It also ships utilities for defining preferred applications,
mounting storage devices and more.
LibGnome provides the non-GUI backend for the GNOME environment.
This is a set of thin C++ wrappers for libgnome library.
KGamma is a KDE control center module for gamma calibration/correction
of Xorg. With proper gamma settings, your display (websites, images,
etc.) will look the same on your monitor as on other monitors.
