Raindrops is a real-time stats toolkit to show statistics for Rack HTTP servers. It is designed for preforking servers such as Rainbows! and Unicorn, but should support any Rack HTTP server under Ruby 1.9, 1.8 and Rubinius on platforms supporting POSIX shared memory. It may also be used as a generic scoreboard for sharing atomic counters across multiple processes.

wmfuzzy is a fuzzy clock Windowmaker dock applet (but also runs well under *boxen and many other windowmanagers). A fuzzy clock gives an approximate time, under the supposition that it's more useful to know that it's about Half Past Three than that it's 3:27. The granularity of the approximation can be set via commandline switches.

Wmtimer is a dockable alarm clock for WindowMaker which can be run in alarm, countdown timer, or chronograph mode. In alarm or timer mode, you can either execute a command or sound the system bell when the time is reached. Wmtimer is configurable through the command line or the GTK GUI.

Guake is a dropdown terminal made for the GNOME desktop environment, but you can run it with TWM too ;-), if you install ports/x11/trayer or a similar program. Its style of window is based on fps games, and one of its purposes is to be easy to reach.

xdot.py is an interactive viewer for graphs written in Graphviz's dot language. It uses internally the Graphviz's xdot output format as an intermediate format, and PyGTK and Cairo for rendering. xdot.py can be used either as a standalone application from command line, or as a library embedded in your python application.
