(sin, asinh, logtwo, floor, etc), many pre-defined constants (pi, e, c, etc.),

FreeGuide is a TV guide program. It uses parser programs to extract TV
information from web pages and stores them for viewing without the need to
connect to the Internet. The viewer allows the user to view television listings
and create customised TV guides by selecting programmes and by building up a
favourites list.

detachtty is a Unix utility that lets you run interactive programs
non-interactively, and connect to them over the network when you do
need to interact with them. It's intended for use with long-running
server processes running in Common Lisp implementations.
This little program enables iPod shuffle users to get rid of iTunes or other
complicated playlist management tools. Due to the simple structure of the
shuffle, it is possible to use the player almost like any other USB flash MP3
player: You simply copy MP3 files onto it. You only need to run the Datab ase
Builder program after you added or removed files from the iPod.
Gnome OSD is a new small project to create an OSD (On-Screen-Display)
infrastructure, similar to XOSD. It includes a command-line client,
and sample xchat and rhythmbox plugins.
wmweather+ will download the National Weather Serivce METAR bulletins;
AVN, ETA, and MRF forecasts; and any weather map for display in a
WindowMaker dockapp. Think wmweather with a smaller font, forecasts,
a weather map, and a sky condition display.
You will need to look up the METAR code for your city (a standard code
used in aviation).
LaTeX-Mk is a tool for managing small to large sized LaTeX projects. The
typical LaTeX-Mk input file is simply a series of variable definitions in a
Makefile for the project. After creating a simple Makefile the user can easily
perform all required steps to do such tasks as: preview the document, print
the document, or produce a PDF file. LaTeX-Mk will keep track of files that
have changed and how to run the various programs that are needed to produce
the output.
