Django is a high-level Python Web framework that encourages rapid development
and clean, pragmatic design.
Developed and used over the past two years by a fast-moving online-news
operation, Django was designed from scratch to handle two challenges: the
intensive deadlines of a newsroom and the stringent requirements of experienced
Web developers. It has convenient niceties for developing content-management
systems, but it's an excellent tool for building any Web site.
Provides a CAPTCHA for Python using the reCAPTCHA service. Does not require
any imaging libraries because the CAPTCHA is served directly from reCAPTCHA.
Also allows you to securely obfuscate emails with Mailhide. This functionality
requires pycrypto. This library requires two types of API keys. If you'd like
to use the CAPTCHA, you'll need a key from http://recaptcha.net/api/getkey.
For Mailhide, you'll need a key from http://mailhide.recaptcha.net/apikey.
Haml is a markup language that's used to cleanly and simply describe the HTML
of any web document without the use of inline code. Haml functions as a
replacement for inline page templating systems such as PHP, ASP, and ERB, the
templating language used in most Ruby on Rails applications.
However, Haml avoids the need for explicitly coding HTML into the template,
because it itself is a description of the HTML, with some code to generate
dynamic content.
Thin is a Ruby web server that glues together 3 of the best
Ruby libraries in web history:
* the Mongrel parser, the root of Mongrel speed and security
* Event Machine, a network I/O library with extremely high scalability,
performance and stability
* Rack, a minimal interface between webservers and Ruby frameworks
Which makes it, with all humility, the most secure, stable, fast and
extensible Ruby web server bundled in an easy to use gem for your own
pleasure.
ThunderSnarf is a web reporting and trending tool for Thunder Cache Pro which
has the main goal to provide a strategic overview of how Thunder is caching and
what it is caching, aggregating value and helping on decision making regarding
the real web acceleration rates and allowing one to identify unefficient cache
patterns, plugins, as well as domains which should have a plugin written for
and, off course, the top efficient domains and caching patterns as well.
Volta is a high performance, low resource URI rewriter for use with the
Squid caching proxy server (http://www.squid-cache.org) With it, you
can dynamically alter URI requests that pass through Squid based on
various criteria.
It uses a state machine to parse URIs and rules, and a constant
database to store and access those rules. It can then either perform
conditional rewrites internally, or by evaluating Lua scripts.
RedCloth is a module for using Textile in Ruby. Textile is a text
format. A very simple text format. Another stab at making readable text
that can be converted to HTML.
No need to use verbose HTML to build your docs, your blogs, your pages.
Textile gives you readable text while youre writing and beautiful text
for your readers. And if you need to break out into HTML, Textile will
allow you to do so.
This is a mutated version of Oclock, using a bezier curve to
draw the hands. It has a pretty funny appearance and it's
actually fairly tough to use it to tell the time.
The bezier curve is drawn using 4 control points:
1) the end of the (not visible) hours hand (closest to the center)
2) the center of the clock itself
3) the end of the seconds hand (closest to the border)
4) the end of the minutes hand (slightly closer to the center)

Fira Code is a version of Mozilla's Fira Mono font with additional
ligatures.
It is an extension of the Fira Mono font containing a set of ligatures
for common programming multi-character combinations in languages
like erlang, elixir, haskell, ocaml, clojure, scala etc where these
symbols crop up frequently. This is just a font rendering feature:
underlying code remains ASCII-compatible. This helps to read and
understand code faster. For some frequent sequences like .. or //,
ligatures allow us to correct spacing.
