libsigscan is a library for binary signature scanning.
S-Lang is a multi-platform programmer's library designed to
allow a developer to create robust multi-platform software.
It provides facilities required by interactive applications
such as display/screen management, keyboard input, keymaps,
and so on.
The most exciting feature of the library is the slang
interpreter that may be easily embedded into a program to
make it extensible.
Library to access to storage media devices.
The main focus of the library is to work in packaging and unpackaging
of data structures. While this implementation uses SMPP-3.4, the aim is
to generate a simple way to implement any proprietary protocol on TCP.
VISA is a multivendor standard for interfacing test and measurement
equipment.
LibreVISA aims to be a compliant implementation of the VISA standard in
a free software library. Currently support for targets connected via USB,
exposing the USBTMC interface, and VXI-11 devices.

Library and tools to access the (split) RAW image format.
Soup is a SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) implementation in C.
It provides a queued asynchronous callback-based mechanism for sending and
servicing SOAP requests, and a WSDL (Web Service Definition Language) for C
compilers which generates client stubs and server skeletons for easily
calling and implementing SOAP methods. It uses GLib and is designed to work
well with GTK applications.
Features:
* Completely Asynchronous
* Connection cache
* HTTP chunked transfer and persistent connections
* Authenticated HTTP, SOCKS4, and SOCKS5 proxy support
* SSL Support using OpenSSL
* Apache module server support
* Client digest authentication
