AcoustID fingerprinter is a cross-platform GUI application that uses Chromaprint to submit audio fingerprints from your music collection to the AcoustID database. Only tagged audio files are submitted. Files tagged by MusicBrainz applications such as Picard or Jaikoz are preferred, but it will submit fingerprints for any files that have tags such as track title, artist name, album name, etc.

GtkSQL is a graphical query tool for PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQLite. You can work on multiple queries simultaneously: * send the current query to the database * add a new query * delete current query * rename current query * export current query * display the table information * move to the next or previous query * SQL keyword, table name and field name autocompletion * rescan the table database.

DBIx::DBHResolver resolves database connection on the environment has many database servers. The resolution algorithm is extensible and pluggable, because of this you can make custom strategy module easily. This module can retrieve DBI's database handle object or connection information (data source, user, credential...) by labeled name and treat same cluster consists many nodes as one labeled name, choose fetching strategy.

dnscheck is a simple to use DNS zone sanity checker, comparing name server records and serial numbers with both the parent zone and the zone itself. It allows you to find lame, leaked or stale name servers which have the potential to cause disruption.

Wanderer is a game similar to Boulderdash, Repton, XOR and others. A full description of how to play the game is given upon execution. The hiscore table holds only 15 scores, and the name displayed is taken from the environment variable NAME. If you wish to have a different alias without changing this variable, you can set the variable NEWNAME before playing.

xoris grabs the RGB color value of any pixel on the screen and dumps the color's name to stdout. The output can be printed as: 1. hex (#b0958e); 2. triple of decimal RGB values (229 229 229); 3. abstract name (gray90). xoris has only been tested on displays with a bit depth of 24 bpp.
