MPEG::ID3v2Tag is a Perl module capable of parsing and creating ID3v2 revision 3 tags. While not all frames are fully supported, it's easy to add support for more.

This module returns a hash containing basic information about a FLAC file, a representation of the embedded cue sheet if one exists, as well as tag information contained in the FLAC file's Vorbis tags.
