ZMap is a fast single packet network scanner designed for Internet-wide network
surveys. On a typical desktop computer with a gigabit Ethernet connection, ZMap
is capable scanning the entire public IPv4 address space in under 45 minutes.
With a 10gigE connection and PF_RING, ZMap can scan the IPv4 address space in
under 5 minutes.
tcpdump is a ubiquitous network traffic capture tool available in a wide
variety of BSD, Linux and UN*X distributions.
Whilst FreeBSD has a vendor branch import of tcpdump in its source tree,
the purpose of the port is to provide a means of offering additional,
bleeding-edge features which might not make it into the tree.
tcpkali is a high performance load generator against TCP and WebSocket servers.

GoldED+ is a succesor of the well-known GoldED Fidonet Mail Reader.
Noffle is a Usenet news server optimized for few users and low
speed dial-up connections to the Internet. It acts as a server
to news clients running on the local host, but gets its news
feed by acting as a client to a remote server. Allows reading
news offline with many news clients, even if they do not
support offline reading by themselves.

catdvi is a program that translates TeX Device Independent (DVI) files into
readable plain text.
This is a filter that converts text files to PostScript, RTF, or HTML
and then spools generated output to a printer or dumps it to a file.
Input files in a number of programming languages, including C, Perl,
Tcl, and more, can optionally be pretty-printed instead of printed as
plain-text. Many printing options are available.

The FreeType engine is a free and portable TrueType font rendering
engine. It has been developed to provide TT support to a great
variety of platforms and environments.
Notice that FreeType is a *library*. It is *not* a font server
for your preferred environment, even though it was designed to
allow the design of many font servers.
