Library of OpenCORE Framework implementation of Adaptive Multi Rate
Narrowband and Wideband speech codec.
OpenSPC is an SPC command line player created using a very modified SNEeSe SPC
CPU core. It was written in C (although the SPC core is in Assembly) using
DJGPP.
Codec2 is an open source low bit rate speech codec designed for
communications quality speech at 2400 bit/s and below. Applications
include low bandwidth HF/VHF digital radio and VOIP trunking. Codec 2
operating at 2400 bit/s can send 26 phone calls using the bandwidth
required for one 64 kbit/s uncompressed phone call. It fills a gap in
open source, free-as-in-speech voice codecs beneath 5000 bit/s and
is released under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL).
MythMusic is a sophisticated MythTV plugin that allows you to
play and manage music and audio files .i.e MP3, Ogg, FLAC,
wav etc. It is specifically designed to be operated by a normal
remote control.
Audio::Mixer - Perl extension for Sound Mixer control
This is just a very simple Perl interface which allows to set various
sound mixer parameters. The most important probably 'vol' (volume). The
list of all mixer parameters can be obtained using get_mixer_params()
function.
All values (lcval, rcval) are numbers in 0-100 range.
Fetch info from WMA audio files.
This module provides an interface for extracting data from CDDB-format data
files, as used by freedb.
It does not read data from your CD, or submit information to freedb.
The CDDB module implements a Perl class for communicating with an
audio compact disc database through the CDDBP protocol. It allows
querying the database and submitting new entries to it via e-mail
(the Mail::Internet and Mail::Header modules are required for
submitting, but their absence won't affect other functions). Unlike
its analogs, CDDB.pm doesn't try to read a disc in your CD-ROM by
itself, but relies on the main program supplying disc data.
Therefore, it is particularly useful for developing software that
deals with alternative media, such as MPEG audio files.
KsCD is a small, fast, CDDB enabled audio CD player which supports
multiple platforms.
The CDDB_get module implements a Perl class for communicating with an
audio compact disc database through the CDDBP protocol.
