Boot loader for the Linux operating system
The syslinux program installs a Linux bootloader on a FAT-formatted
filesystem or disk image.
This FreeBSD port can additionally operate on plain files containing
a FAT image, thus requiring no special privilege. The program relies
on mtools to perform the manipulation of the FAT filesystem.
Convert tai64n format invented by Dan Bernstein
The TAI64N format is a format for time stamps in log files, invented by Dan
Bernstein and used by some of his software, most notably the multilog component
of daemontools. That package comes with a program (tai64nlocal) to convert those
time stamps to a human-readable date.

Webmin consists of a simple web server, and a number of CGI programs

C library for parsing and processing BibTeX data files
btparse is a C library for parsing and processing BibTeX files.
It provides a lexical scanner and LR parser (constructed by PCCTS),
both of which are efficient and offer good error detection and
recovery; a set of functions for traversing the AST (abstract
syntax tree) generated by the parser; and utility functions for
manipulating strings according to BibTeX conventions.
GNOME visual diff and merge tool
Meld is a GNOME visual diff and merge tool. It integrates especially well
with CVS. The diff viewer lets you edit files in place (diffs update
dynamically), and a middle column shows detailed changes and allows merges.
The margins show location of changes for easy navigation, and it also
