MultiSync is a free modular program to synchronize calendars, addressbooks and other PIM data between programs on your computer and other computers, mobile devices, PDAs or cell phones. MultiSync works on Gnome platform. Be sure to also install desired plugins.

Pal is a command-line calendar program for Unix/Linux systems that can keep track of events. It has similarities with the Unix cal command, the more complex GNU gcal program, and the calendar program distributed with the BSDs.
