XML::SematicDiff provides a way to compare the contents and structure
of two XML documents. By default, it returns a list of hashrefs
where each hashref describes a single difference between the two
docs.
paragrep is a paragraph grep utility. It searches for a series of
regular expressions in a text file (or several text files) and prints
out the paragraphs containing those expressions.
PyWordNet is a Python interface to the WordNet database of word meanings
and lexical relationships. (A lexical relationship is a relationship
between words, such as synonym, antonym, hypernym ("poodle" -> "dog"),
and hyponym ("poodle" -> "dog").
svn2cl is a simple xsl transformation and shell script wrapper for generating
a classic GNU-style ChangeLog from a subversion repository log. It is made
from several changelog-like scripts using common xslt constructs found in
different places.
The libwbxml is a library for converting an XML Document to a WBXML Document
and vice-versa.
The WBXML format is a binary representation of XML, defined by the Wap Forum,
and used to reduce bandwidth in mobile communications.
With xfce4-dict you can query a dictionary server (see RFC 2229) to search for
the translation or explanation of a word. You can also choose a dictionary
offered by the server to improve your search results.
Sqlbox is a special Kannel box that sits between bearerbox and
smsbox and uses a database queue to store and forward messages.
Sqlbox behaves similar to other Kannel boxes and share a compatible
configuration file format and command line options.
mod_line_edit is a general-purpose filter for text documents. It
operates as a simple on-the-fly line editor, applying
search-and-replace rules defined in a configuration or .htaccess

Objects of the HTML::Form class represent a single HTML <form> ... </form>
instance. A form consists of a sequence of inputs that usually have names,
and which can take on various values.
The HTTP::Cookies class is for objects that represent a "cookie jar" --
that is, a database of all the HTTP cookies that a given LWP::UserAgent
object knows about.
