Backfract is an animated wallpaper program for Unix with X windows.
It fills your background window with a fractal image, then every
15 minutes it will update the image by zooming in or out. As it
zooms in, it uses a simple heuristic to try to stay with
"interesting" scenes.
Barbecue is an open-source, Java barcode library that provides the means to
create barcodes for printing and display in Java applications. A number of
barcode formats are supported and many more can be added via the flexible
barcode API. Barcodes can be outputted to Graphics objects, or used as a Swing
component, or written out as SVG.
This is a collection of C++ libraries that provides a variety of
functionalities for geometries (bezier curves, splines, etc.).

the vector and matrix math is done using Eigen3. CPPTest is used

Cuttlefish produces animated GIFs that reveal the interplay
between the diurnal and geographical patterns of displayed
data. By showing how the Sun's shadow covers the world map,
cuttlefish yields a direct feeling for the time of day at
a given geographic region, while moving graphs illustrate
the relationship between local time and the visualized
events.
Evince is a document viewer for multiple document formats including PDF and
Postscript. The goal of evince is to replace document viewers such as ggv and
gpdf with a single, simple application.
This lite version doesn't have depend on GNOME libraries. Such as nautilus
and gnome-desktop.
FotoFix is a simple image viewer with simple capabilities to take care
of freshly downloaded photos from your camera - can walk image lists,
rotate images, and remove red eyes (if lucky). It was inspired by
IrfanView for Windows, a great but unfortunately non-portable and
closed-source product.
Fraqtive is a program for drawing Mandelbrot and Julia fractals. It uses a
very fast algorithm and generates high quality, smooth images. It is fully
interactive, allowing for real-time mouse navigation and dynamic generation
of the Julia fractal preview. OpenGL-rendered 3D view of the fractals is
also supported.
g2 is an easy to use, portable and powerful 2D graphics library. It provides a
comprehensive set of functions for simultaneous generation of graphical output
on different types of devices. Presently, the following devices are supported:
PostScript, GIF and X11 (xfig is in development). g2 is written in C (ANSI)
and additionally has a Fortran interface.
