IP Messenger is a popup style message communication software for
multi platforms. It is based on TCP/IP(UDP). xipmsg is the X11
version of it.

This package provides support for using UDP through Tcl. The package
provides a new channel type and attempts to permit the use of packet
oriented UDP over stream oriented Tcl channels.
This is the NANOG traceroute program. This traceroute variant offers
features such as MPLS label decode, Path MTU discovery, AS lookup,
and spray mode. It is maintained by a collection of volunteers.
tcpproxy is a simple TCP connection proxy which combines the features of
rinetd and 6tunnel. tcpproxy supports IPv4 and IPv6 and also supports
connections from IPv6 to IPv4 endpoints and vice versa.
tcpxd is a general purpose TCP/IP relay program designed
to be simple to get going, requiring only three parameters;
the port to listen on, the host to forward to, and the port
on that host to connect to.
tinyldap is an attempt to write a very small and very fast LDAP server.
openldap is the reference when it comes to LDAP servers, and it performs
very poorly despite using techniques such as thread pools.

messages, friends, public timeline, and stays in your tray bar most
of the time, until new messages arrive.

uhttpmock is a HTTP web service mocking project for projects
which use libsoup. It is still in its infancy, but is
already used by https://wiki.gnome.org/libgdata for unit testing.
A set of two tools to URL encode and URL decode any stream of data, either
from the command line or from standard input.
