plasma is a FreeBSD kernel module screensaver which displays a moving
plasma effect. You are advised that the code is quite resource-greedy
and that you probably don't want to run it on anything but a desktop
workstation. It's a quick hack, so comments/constructive criticism is
appreciated. MAINTAINER is the author of this port.
Portsearch allows searching for ports that install some file, like
``find /usr/ports -name pkg-plist |xargs grep pattern''
but honoring PLIST_(FILES|DIRS) and %%FOOBAR%% variables.
It also supports searching for ports by name, key (name, comment or
dependencies), path, info (comment), maintainer, category, fetch, extract,
patch, build and run dependencies and www site.
from the NetBSD maintainer:
This voice provides an American English male voice using a residual
excited LPC diphone synthesis method. It uses the CMU Lexicon
pronunciations. Prosodic phrasing is provided by a statistically
trained model using part of speech and local distribution of breaks.
Intonation is provided by a CART tree predicting ToBI accents and
an F0 contour generated from a model trained from natural speech.
The duration model is also trained from data using a CART tree.

CVSU: CVS Utilites
The idea of CVS Utilities is to facilitate working with the files in
the working directory of a developer using CVS.
cvsu: cvs update offline
cvsco: cruel checkout
cvsdiscard: discard local changes
cvsdo: simulates some of the CVS commands
cvspurge: make maintainer-clean
cvsdiff: cvs diff offline
cvschroot: change CVS/Root recursively
The original author of CVSU is:
Tom Tromey <tromey@cygnus.com>
Currently CVSU is maintained by:
Pavel Roskin <proski@gnu.org>
ReadonlyX combines the best features of p5-Readonly and p5-Readonly-XS,
and is a drop-in replacement. It creates read-only scalars, arrays, and
hashes. It was created by maintainer of Readonly itself.
The author says: "ReadonlyX is the best of recent versions of Readonly
without the old API and without the speed penalty of tie(...). It's what
I'd like to do with Readonly if resolving bugs in it wouldn't break 16
years of code out there in Darkpan."
The program oneko creates a cute cat chasing around your mouse cursor.
patchlevel "1.2.sakura.5"
Added bitmaps of Sakura Kinomoto and Tomoyo Daidouji
who are characters in a comic strip "CARDCAPTOR SAKURA" (CLAMP, Kodansha),
with the sanction indicated in
CLAMP-NET.COM (http://www.clamp-net.com/).
Modified to support -name, -towindow, -toname and -tofocus.

Milter-regex is a sendmail milter plugin that allows to reject mail
based on regular expressions matching SMTP envelope parameters and
mail headers and body.
In order to build milter-regex, sendmail needs to be compiled with
milter support, installing the libmilter library.
This is the default for the sendmail in the base system.
Some of the sendmail ports omit libmilter by default (SENDMAIL_WITHOUT_MILTER).
This program is developed on OpenBSD by the maintainer.

hinfo is a utility that will display information about a host. It is
primarily designed to find the owner of an IP block in order to direct
spam complaints to where they may do some good.
(maintainer's note: the DATAFILES are updated without the port version
necessarily being updated. Expect drift on distinfo. See hinfo-update.)
Although the home page of the software is at www.blars.org/hinfo.html,
that page is not reachable from the FreeBSD.org domain.
