pServ is a small, portable HTTP server. It is written in pure C for speed and portability. It runs as a standalone program and does not require inetd. It should be small enough to be used in a mobile computer or to be run on your obsolete workstation you have somewhere. This port contains a patched version to support the execution of php scripts.

Tumgreyspf, an external policy checker for the postfix mail server. It can optionally greylist and/or use spfquery to check SPF records to determine if email should be accepted by your server. Because of its design, legitimate e-mail is never trapped or rejected. Only spam and viruses are caught. Since adding it to our mail server (which also uses Spam Assassin, ClamAV, and an outsourced anti-spam system), our spam level has dropped by an order of magnitude. It uses the file-system as its database, no additional database is required to use it.

Msend is an implementation of the RFC1312 message protocol. It can be used as a network aware replacement for write and wall. This package contains the client "msend" and the server "mesgd".

fmirror is a program for mirroring files and directories from remote FTP server. It allows regex-matching for files that are to be included and excluded. It uses a combination of timestamp, file size, and file permissions to decide what files to transfer from the FTP server. The primary goal of fmirror is to use as little memory as possible, but still be able to do its job efficiently.

XML-RPC is a quick-and-easy way to make procedure calls over the Internet. It converts the procedure call into XML document, sends it to a remote server using HTTP, and gets back the response as XML.
