Acme::Comment allows multi-line comments which are filtered out. Unlike the pseudo multi-line comment if (0) {}, the code being commented out need not be syntactically valid.

Poe: A Pugnacious Ogg Editor. Poe is a vorbis comment editor. It tries to follow the vorbis comment header specification closely, while being convenient and flexible to use.
