Anonymous Pro (2009) is a family of four fixed-width fonts designed
especially with coding in mind. Characters that could be mistaken for
one another (O, 0, I, l, 1, etc.) have distinct shapes to make them
easier to tell apart in the context of source code.
This package contains bdftopcf, a font compiler for the X server and font
server.

GNU Font Editor (GFE) is a graphical font editor based on the GIMP
Toolkit. It is easy to use and will eventually support many font
types. Currently it supports only BDF font files, that can be
converted to many other formats easily.
Inconsolata is a monospace font, designed for code listings and the like, in
print. There are a great many "programmer fonts," designed primarily for use
on the screen, but in most cases do not have the attention to detail for high
resolution rendering.
NeXFontSel is a improve version of xfontsel. NeXFontSel has these
advantage from standerd xfontsel.
o neXtaw's scrollable menu widget.
o "reset button".
o I18N sopport.
An x11 font designed to be small yet easily read.
mga_hal packages the Matrox binary HAL for X.Org/XFree86. It provides dualhead
support for G400 cards (G450 and G550 card do not need this) and TV-out. It
also provides a "Merged Framebuffer" mode that is supposed to allow 3d
acceleration on both heads.

Gray-Flat has got different menu bar and different metacity (obviusly
you can use Gray-Flat with Gray metacity theme!).
