A Tcl Package to Read and Write Shapefiles
Gpsmanshp was developed for use in GPSMan, a manager of GPS receiver
data. It is written in C and is based on shapelib.
GRX is a 2D graphics C library originaly written by Csaba Biegl for
DJ Delorie's DOS port of the GCC compiler. Now it support a big range
of platforms.
Evince is a document viewer for multiple document formats including PDF and
Postscript. The goal of evince is to replace document viewers such as ggv and

libEMF is a C/C++ library which provides a drawing toolkit
based on ECMA-234. The general purpose of this library is
to create vector graphics files on POSIX systems which can
be imported into StarOffice/OpenOffice.

libwmf is a library for Unix like machines that can convert wmf
files into other formats, currently it supports a gd binding
to convert to png, and an X one to draw direct to an X window
or pixmap.
MapCache is a server that implements tile caching to speed up access
to WMS layers. It's primary objectives are to be fast and easily
deployable, while offering the essential features (and more!) expected
from a tile caching solution.
MegaPOV is a collection of unofficial extensions for the freeware
raytracer POV-Ray. It is maintained by a group of POV-Community
members - the MegaPOV Team. Up-to-date versions and information can

GD.pm is a Perl interface to Thomas Boutell's gd graphics library
(version 2.01 or higher). GD allows you to create color drawings
using a large number of graphics primitives, and emit the drawings
as PNG files.
Geometry::Primitive is a device and library agnostic system for representing
geometric entities such as points, lines and shapes. It provides simple
objects and many convenience methods you would expect from a geometry
library.
