Clementine is a modern music player and library organiser. Clementine
is a port of Amarok 1.4, with some features rewritten to take advantage of Qt4.

pyliblo is a Python wrapper for the liblo OSC library. It
supports almost the complete functionality of liblo, allowing
you to send and receive OSC messages using a nice and simple
Python API.
Also included are the command line utilities send_osc and
dump_osc.
TagPy is a Python crust (or a set of Python bindings) for
Scott Wheeler's TagLib.
TagPy can:
* read and write ID3 tags of version 1 and 2, with many supported
frame types for version 2 (in MPEG Layer 2 and MPEG Layer 3,
FLAC and MPC)
* access Xiph Comments in Ogg Vorbis Files and Ogg Flac Files
* access APE tags in Musepack and MP3 files.
rebot3.pl renames MP3 files that you have grabbed from audio CDs with
the track name, number, album, and/or artist. It does so by using
either a remote CDDB server or a local CDDB created by cd (and other)
players like xmcd, kscd or xmms. With rebot3.pl you can also add or
remove ID3 (version 1) tags to/from the MP3 files.
RipperX is a GTK program to rip CD audio tracks and encode them
to the Ogg, MP3, or FLAC formats. It is easy, requiring a few mouse
clicks to convert an entire album, displaying progress along the
way. It can rip and encode in parallel, and supports CDD.
s3mod - play soundtracker modules on a Unix machine
s3mod plays soundtracker music modules on a Unix machine.
Soundtracker modules originated on the Amiga, where several composing
playing programs are available that give results mostly compatible
with each other. s3mod just plays the specified files in sequence
according to the current options.
shntool is a multi-purpose WAVE data processing and reporting utility.
File formats are abstracted from its core, so it can process any file
that contains WAVE data, compressed or not -- provided there exists a
format module to handle that particular file type.
Apart from .wav shntool supports many formats through helper programs.

Sphinx 3 is a frontend to the sphinxbase, a large-vocabulary,
speaker-independent, continuous speech recognition engine.
Once the system is built, try running the Perl script sphinx3-demo.
The sphinx3-test script should run sphinx3-batch over an example
utterance of "go forward ten meters."
The Dynamic Playlist plugin is a Squeezebox Server plugin that makes
it easier for other plugins to implement different types of playlists.
It shows all supported playlists below the same menu and has the
advantage that the user doesn't have to know which plugin implements a
specific interface.
terminatorX is a realtime audio synthesizer that allows you to "scratch"
on digitally sampled audio data (*.wav, *.au, *.mp3, etc.) the way
hiphop-DJs scratch on vinyl records.
It features multiple turntables, realtime effects (built-in as well as
LADSPA plugin effects), a sequencer and an easy-to-use gtk+ GUI.
