fuse-utils is an utility package for handling ZX Spectrum files. It can be
used to list and convert tape, hard disk, snapshot, and audio files.

the 48K/128K/+2/+2A/+3 Speccy and Timex TC2048 machine, supports
loading from .tzx files, has sound and kempston joystick emulation,
and emulates various printers you could attach to the Spectrum.
It supports the new RZX input recording file format.
M.A.M.E./M.E.S.S. Catalog / Launcher II - also referred to as QMC2 - is
the successor of one of the first UNIX MAME GUI front ends available on
this planet called QMamecat (derived from MAMECAT, which was text-only).
QMamecat was based upon Qt 2; its development was frozen in 2003. QMC2
has been rebuilt from scratch as a Qt 4 project. Parts of the design and
code were inspired by its predecessor, but it's not just a remake. We
tried to make the new design as flexible as possible to minimize
dependencies from front end and CLI related MAME changes, which was a
major deficiency of QMamecat. QMC2 now uses a template based emulator
configuration scheme, which can easily be enhanced with additional
command line options (defined in an XML template file).
As a result of this flexible design, QMC2 can be used for multiple
emulators. Currently we support SDLMAME & SDLMESS on UNIX and Mac, and
the original variants of MAME & MESS on Windows.
Aqmoney is a homebanking application.
Aqmoney is able to create both RDH mode ("security disc" mode called in
other programs) and DDV mode (chip card) customers. A customer is one who
has one or more account(s) at a credit institute. To manage accounts you must
first create a customer.
ftplib is a set of routines that implement the FTP protocol. They allow
applications to create and access remote files through function calls
instead of needing to fork and exec an interactive ftp client program.
JFtp is a graphical network browser. It support various types of connections
like FTP, SMB, SFTP, NFS, HTTP and local ones, has a nice swing gui, lots of
features and can be started and (auto)updated using Java Web Start in any
browser (link on homepage).
UFTP is an encrypted multicast file transfer program, designed to securely,
reliably, and efficiently transfer files to multiple receivers simultaneously.
This is useful for distributing large files to a large number of receivers,
and is especially useful for data distribution over a satellite link
(with two way communication), where the inherent delay makes any TCP based
communication highly inefficient.
Blinkensisters is a new Parallax-style 2D scrolling gaming system for Windows,
MacOSX, Linux and POSIX-compatible Unix-Systems (every platform that can run
SDL).
You can even make your own levels with a simple text-editor.
BlockOut II is an adaptation of the original Blockout DOS game
edited by California Dreams(1989). It uses Direct3D on Win32 and
OpenGL on Linux/Unix. BL II has the same features than the original game.
Score calculation is also nearly similar to the original.
