GPS Manager (GPSMan) is a graphical manager of GPS data that makes possible the preparation, inspection and edition of GPS data in a friendly environment. GPSMan supports communication and real-time logging with both Garmin and Lowrance receivers and accepts real-time logging information in NMEA from any GPS receiver.

py-aipy collects together tools for radio astronomical interferometry. In addition to pure-python phasing, calibration, imaging, and deconvolution code, this package includes interfaces to MIRIAD (a Fortran interferometry package) and HEALPix (a package for representing spherical data sets), and some math/fitting routines from SciPy.

DSBMixer is a tabbed GTK+ mixer for FreeBSD. For each installed mixer device as well as for USB sound devices plugged in at runtime, DSBMixer opens a tab. Furthermore, it allows you to configure several aspects of your sound card(s), such as selecting recording sources, choosing your default audio device, and amplification.

FluidSynth is a real-time software synthesizer based on the SoundFont 2 specifications. It is a "software synthesizer". FluidSynth can read MIDI events from the MIDI input device and render them to the audio device. It can also play MIDI files. Note: FluidSynth was previously called IIWU Synth.
