ftputil is a high-level FTP client library for the Python programming language.
ftputil implements a virtual file system for accessing FTP servers, that is,
it can generate file-like objects for remote files. The library supports many
functions similar to those in the os, os.path and shutil modules. ftputil has
convenience functions for conditional uploads and downloads, and handles FTP
clients and servers in different timezones.
TFTPy is a Pure Python TFTP Implementation.
A scriptable FTP client that allows multiple simultaneous connections
and file queueing, as well as transger directly between servers.
Scythia is an simple and portable Ftp client. It does not claim
to be able to replace the biggest (no SSH etc.), but only to
satisfy some persons and to give us a bigger experience in
programming.

wmget is a dock app for the GNU Window Maker window manager which makes it more
convenient to perform long downloads in the background.
This is useful if you tend to have dozens of windows open at a time and tend to
do a lot of routine downloading. Just copy the link from your browser, middle-
click on the wmget dockapp, and the download will start. No download windows or
terminals required, and you can monitor the progress and stop the transfer if
desired without opening or raising any windows or even changing desktops.
Rexx/CURL is an external function package providing an interface to the cURL
package. cURL is a general purpose package that allows access to any
URL-addressable resource. With Rexx/CURL you can access resources such as web
pages, ftp sites, and telnet sessions under control of your Rexx program.

Adonthell is the combined effort of like-minded people to create a free
role playing game for various operating systems.
The project's goals are the creation of an engine (currently going by
the codename adonthell), a set of tools and an actual, playable game
driven by that engine and built with those tools.
