Libqrencode is a C library for encoding data in a QR Code symbol, a kind of
2D symbology that can be scanned by handy terminals such as a mobile phone
with CCD. The capacity of QR Code is up to 7000 digits or 4000 characters,
and is highly robustness.
Libqrencode supports QR Code model 2, described in JIS (Japanese Industrial
Standards) X0510:2004 or ISO/IEC 18004. Currently the following features are
not supported:
* ECI and FNC1 mode
* QR Code model 1
This package will read and write TIFF format images and return them
as a pixmap object. Because the resulting object can be very large
for even modestly sized TIFF images, images can be reduced as they
are read for improved performance. This package is a wrapper around
libtiff (www.libtiff.org), on which it depends (i.e. the libtiff
shared library must be on your PATH for the binary to work, and
tiffio.h must be on your system to build the package from source).
By using libtiff's highlevel TIFFReadRGBAImage function, this package
inherently support a wide range of image formats and compression
schemes. This package also provides an implementation of the Ridler
Autothresholding algorithm for easy generation of binary masks.
ShowImage is a simple KDE based image viewer using the maximum space
inside its window without cluttering the window with menubar, toolbar
or statusbar.
This is the Eye of Gnome, a GNOME 2 image viewer and cataloging
application. It provides inline image viewing support for
nautilus.
MetaCam is a utility to read and decode meta-information from digital camera
images with EXIF information.
In addition to the standard EXIF fields, MetaCam also supports vendor-specific
extensions from Nikon, Olympus, Canon and Casio.
Metapixel is a photomosaic generator. It can generate classical
photomosaics, in which the source image is viewed as a matrix
of equally sized rectangles for each of which a matching image
is substituted, as well as collage-style photomosaics, where
the images are placed at arbitrary positions in the source
image, not aligned to a matrix.
GNU Ocrad is an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) program implemented
as a filter and based on a feature extraction method. It reads a bitmap
image in pbm format and outputs text in ISO-8859-1 (Latin-1) charset.
Also includes a layout analyser able to separate the columns or blocks
of text normally found on printed pages.
It can be used as a stand-alone console application, or as a backend to
other programs.

Tag replacement framework for graphics/p5-CAD-Drawing.
Perl helper class for implementing the Google Chart Tools Datasource Protocol.
The Google Visualization API is a nifty bit of kit for generating pretty
pictures from your data. By design it has a fair amount of Google-cruft, such
as non-standard JSON and stuffing configuration options in to a single CGI
query parameter.
Data::Google::Visualization::DataTable takes care of preparing data for the
API.
