Libksane is a KDE interface for SANE library to control flat scanners.
This library is used by kipi-plugins, digiKam and others kipi host
programs.
Aqsis is a Renderman(tm) compliant photorealistic 3D rendering toolkit. It is
based on the Reyes rendering approach. Features include - programmable shading,
true displacements, NURBS, CSG.
A simple viewer for edj files. Should provide more ease of use than the edje
viewer that comes with edje itself.
This library allows metadata that is written to files on a digital camera to be
read. This library will be required for the gphoto2 port.
Libnsbmp is a decoding library for BMP and ICO image file formats, written
in C.
It was developed as part of the NetSurf project.
Libnsgif is a decoding library for the GIF image file format, written in C.
It was developed as part of the NetSurf project.
The Unidentified Flying Raw (UFRaw) is a utility to read and manipulate raw
images from digital cameras. It can be used on its own or as a Gimp plug-in.
It reads raw images using Dave Coffin's raw conversion utility -- DCRaw.
UFRaw supports basic color management using Little CMS, allowing the user to
apply color profiles. For Nikon users UFRaw has the advantage that it can
read the camera's tone curves. Even if you don't own a Nikon, you can still
apply a Nikon curve to your images.
Imgurpython is a Python client for the Imgur API. It can be used to
interact with the Imgur API in your projects.
3D Scientific Data Visualization and Plotting
The Mayavi project includes two related packages for 3-dimensional
visualization:
Mayavi: A tool for easy and interactive visualization of data, with
seamless integration with Python scientific libraries.
TVTK: A Traits-based wrapper for the Visualization Toolkit, a popular
open-source visualization library.
These libraries operate at different levels of abstraction. TVTK
manipulates visualization objects, while Mayavi lets you operate
on your data, and then see the results. Most users either use the
Mayavi user interface or program to its scripting interface; you
probably don't need to interact with TVTK unless you want to create
a new Mayavi module.
This program has been written with help of Qt library, to be a
lightweight image viewer, similar to eog or viewnior for Gnome.
