The RTSP Proxy Kit is a reference implementation of an RTSP proxy.
RTSP (RFC 2326) is a client-server multimedia presentation control
protocol, used e.g. by RealNetworks RealPlayer.

on an IO::Socket instance, or any IO::Socket::* modules, like
IO::Socket::INET.

This package provides a class object which can be used for creating,
manipulating and sending a raw IP packets with optional feature for
manipulating ethernet headers.
SOAP/Perl is a collection of Perl modules which provides a simple
and consistent application programming interface (API) to the
Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP).
This module implements a client interface to the SNPP protocol,
enabling a perl5 application to talk to SNPP servers. The SNPP
protocol is described in RFC1861.
Net::Write provides a portable interface to open a network interface, and be
able to write raw data directly to the network.
SOAP::Lite is a collection of Perl modules which provides a
simple and lightweight interface to the Simple Object Access Protocol
(SOAP) both on client and server side.
passlogd is a purpose-built sniffer for capturing syslog messages
in transit. This allows for backup logging to be performed on a
machine with no open ports.
