Ah yes, INI files. We love them. We hate them. We cannot escape
them. Originally made popular by Windows, INI files are everywhere
including in Samba[www.samba.org] and Trac[trac.edgewall.org]. This
gem has one goal: make INI file, structure, and stream manipulation
as fast, safe, and simple as possible. We take a modal approach
with a pluggable parser class.

The nuoveXT icon theme provides OSX-like icons for your
KDE desktop. It provides icons for most of the applications
generally used on KDE. Others may be added in future versions
of nuoveXT, for KDE.
Tktray is an extension that is able to create system tray icons. It
follows http://www.freedesktop.org specifications when looking up the
system tray manager. This protocol is supported by modern versions of
KDE and Gnome panels, and by some other panel-like application.
The Gnome2 module allows a perl developer to use the Gnome libraries. Find out

The perl bindings follow the C API very closely, and the C reference
documentation should be considered the canonical source.

atool is a script for managing file archives of various types (tar,

* aunpack: extract an archive, avoiding tar bombs
* als: list the contents of an archive
* acat: extract files to the standard output
* apack: create an archive
Optional dependencies: lbzip2 or pbzip2, lzip, plzip, lzop, lzma, zip,
unzip, unrar, lha, unace, arj, arc, nomarch, p7zip, unalz.
The cabextract is Free Software for extracting Microsoft cabinet files,
also called .CAB files, on UNIX or UNIX-like systems. The cabextract is
distributed under the GPL license. It is based on the portable LGPL libmspack
library. cabextract supports all special features and all compression
formats of Microsoft cabinet files.
