The Qwt library contains GUI Components and utility classes which are primarily useful for programs with a technical background. Beside a 2D plot widget it provides scales, sliders, dials, compasses, thermometers, wheels and knobs to control or display values, arrays, or ranges of type double. This port installs Qt Designer plugin for Qwt library version 6.

The Irrlicht Engine is an open source high performance realtime 3D engine written in C++. It is completely cross-platform, using D3D, OpenGL and its own software renderer, and has all of the state-of-the-art features which can be found in commercial 3d engines. It has a huge active community, and there are lots of games in development that use the engine. You can find enhancements for Irrlicht all over the web, like alternative terrain renderers, portal renderers, world layers, tutorials, editors, bindings for java, perl, ruby, python, and so on.

V is a C++ GUI and application development framework for X-windows and Microsoft Windows. It allows you to develop GUI applications that are source-code compatible under X11 and Microsoft Windows 3.x/95, that have the same look-and-feel under both environments. It does not require any special X toolkits or Windows DLL's to be installed (it uses the standard toolkits on both environments). The shared-desktop-ontologies package brings the semantic web to the desktop in terms of vocabulary. It contains the well known core ontologies such as RDF and RDFS as well as the Nepomuk ontologies which are used by projects like KDE or Strigi.

The XbaeMatrix is a Motif-based widget which displays a grid of cells in the same manner as a spreadsheet. The cell array is scrollable, editable, and otherwise reasonably configurable in appearance. Each cell usually displays text, but pixmaps can also be displayed (not editeable). The XbaeMatrix looks to some extent like a grid of XmTextField widgets, but is actually implemented with a single XmTextField. This means a big performance improvement due to less overhead.

TkTable is a full-featured 2D table widget (in the spreadsheet sense) extension for Tk. It supports images, embedded windows, varying colors and fonts, and more.

TkTreeCtrl is a multi-column hierarchical listbox widget for Tk

ViewKlass is a C++ framework for developing applications which use the LessTif, OpenMotif or OSF/Motif[TM] user interface toolkits. In particular it provides classes which support the creation of reusable components. This helps to simplify the development of applications using object-oriented techniques. It also provides classes which encapsulate some of the more difficult and tedious aspects of Motif development. These include classes which handle the creation of windows, dialogs and menus.

bbkeys is the keygrabber for the Blackbox window manager: bbkeys handles all keybindings and keyboard shortcuts for Blackbox. It uses Blackbox' Image classes for rendering its look and feel so that bbkeys will render itself to match whatever Blackbox style is used. It is highly configurable either via the "bbconf" GUI utility or by hand-editting bbkeys's config file.
