Caja (mate-file-manager) is a file manager tightly integrated into the
MATE destkop.It is also responsible for desktop and icon management, and
provides an intuitive interface for accessing files and webpages.
This is a port of emelFM2. emelFM2 is a file manager that

and a built-in command line for executing commands

Double Commander is a cross platform open source file manager with two panels
side by side. It is inspired by Total Commander and features some new ideas.

As a graphical frontend to mtools, mtoolsfm is a program which should
give people easy access to floppies under UNIX-like operating
systems. It can do simple tasks of a file-manager and makes use of
mtools to access floppies.
Rodent is a fast, small and powerful file manager for the
GNU operating system (but it also works in BSD). That's one
way to look at it. Another way is to call it a graphic shell
(that's probably more accurate).
